Our custom Teflon® MHW and TDQ insulated wire and PTFE (single, triple, heavy, quad layers) magnet wire is offered in a wide range of lengths, dimensions, flexibilities, and resistances (copper wire resistances @ 20°C from 6.51 to 10,400). The aerospace industry subjects products to a wide range of extreme temperatures and harsh conditions. The stresses placed on products by these conditions are alleviated by our Teflon® insulated magnet wire which comes in Single, Triple, Heavy, or Quad insulation layers—allowing for the highest level of durability and survivability, regardless of harsh conditions.
